TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A 30% (non refundable) deposit secures any booking.
A booking is only valid when the deposit has been received.
Payment must be made in full 6 weeks prior to holiday commencement.
Any booking made within 6 weeks prior to departure date, must be paid in full at time
of booking.
£100 refundable security deposit is required with final payment, this is held against damage and breakages, it is fully refundable on satisfactory property inspection and return of keys.
Occupancy is limited to 4 persons.
Rent includes electricity, linen and towels, cleaning on arrival and departure.
Mid-stay linen change can be arranged at an extra cost.
Please supply own towels for the pool/beach.
Arrival time is from 3.00 pm, departure time no later than 10.30 am.
Change over day is flexible.
No pets allowed and strictly no smoking allowed in the apartment.
No groups considered when all same sex members of the party are less than 21 years of age.
Please note that any accident or injury, however it occurs, for whatever reason is the responsibility of the client making the booking and not the owner of the property.
The complex in which the property is situated has a set of Community Rules, designed to make life more enjoyable for everybody. As part of your agreement with us, you agree to abide by these rules at all times whilst renting the property. In addition, you are required to ensure that the property is only occupied by the persons specified on the booking form. Assignment or sub-letting of the property to others is not permitted.
